Chaetopteryx villosa[1][2] är en nattsländeart som först beskrevs av Fabricius 1798. Chaetopteryx villosa ingår i släktet Chaetopteryx och familjen husmasknattsländor.[3][4][5] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[5] Utöver nominatformen finns också underarten C. v. gonzalezai.[3]
