Gråhuvad dopping (Poliocephalus poliocephalus) är en fågel i familjen doppingar inom ordningen doppingfåglar.[2] Fågeln föekommer i Australien och på Tasmanien och Nyazeeländksa Sydön.[2] IUCN kategoriserar arten som livskraftig.[1]
