Mark Lanegan, född 25 november 1964 i Ellensburg, Washington, USA, är en amerikansk sångare och låtskrivare. Han har sjungit i grupper som Screaming Trees, Mad Season, Queens of the Stone Age, The Twilight Singers, Soulsavers och The Gutter Twins och har även gett ut ett antal soloalbum. Han har även spelat in flera album med den skotska sångerskan Isobel Campbell (tidigare i Belle & Sebastian).
