Jalacy Hawkins, mer känd under artistnamnet Screamin' Jay Hawkins, född 18 juli 1929 i Cleveland, Ohio, död 12 februari 2000 i Neuilly-sur-Seine utanför Paris, var en amerikansk sångare, känd för sina vilda och teatraliska framträdanden med sånger som I Put a Spell on You och Constipation Blues.
