Wassily Vasiljevitj Leontief, född 5 augusti 1905 i München, död 5 februari 1999 i New York i New York, var en rysk-amerikansk nationalekonom, 1946-1975 professor vid Harvard University. Erhöll Sveriges Riksbanks pris i ekonomisk vetenskap till Alfred Nobels minne 1973 för sin input-output-analys.
