Ormhuvad smörbult (Zosterisessor ophiocephalus)[2] är en fiskart som först beskrevs av Pallas, 1814. Ormhuvad smörbult ingår i släktet Zosterisessor och familjen smörbultsfiskar.[4][5] IUCN kategoriserar arten globalt som otillräckligt studerad.[1] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[4]
