A-League Men 2021/2022 var den 45:e säsongen av Australiens högstaliga i fotboll, den 17:e säsongen sedan starten av A-League. Formatet för slutspelet hade ändrats något till denna säsongen, semifinalerna spelas nu i dubbelmöten medan kvartsfinalerna och finalen spelas som tidigare över en match.^[1]

Melbourne City vann grundserien i sista omgången efter en hemmaseger med 2–1 mot Wellington Phoenix och försvarade därmed premiership-titeln och tog sin andra premiership-titel på herrsidan. Detta var även första gången som topp 3 i grundserien kom från samma stad, Melbourne (säsongen 2019/2020 fick Melbourne sitt tredje lag), vilket aldrig skett tidigare i A-Leagues historia, inte heller har topp 2 kommit från samma stad tidigare. I finalen besegrades Melbourne City av Western United med 2–0 och tog sin första mästerskapstitel.
