Bäckgräsmossa (Brachythecium plumosum)[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16][17][18][19][20][21][22][23][24][25][26][27][28][29][30][31][32][33][34][35][36][37][38][39][40][41][42][43][44][45][46][47][48][49][50][51][52][53] är en bladmossart som beskrevs av W. P. Schimper in B.S.G. 1853. I den svenska databasen Dyntaxa[54] används istället namnet Sciuro-hypnum plumosum. Enligt Catalogue of Life[55][56] ingår Bäckgräsmossa i släktet gräsmossor och familjen Brachytheciaceae, men enligt Dyntaxa[54] är tillhörigheten istället släktet nordgräsmossor och familjen Brachytheciaceae. Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[54] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[55]
