Haplophthalmus montivagus[1][2] är en kräftdjursart som beskrevs av Karl Wilhelm Verhoeff1940. Haplophthalmus montivagus ingår i släktet Haplophthalmus och familjen Trichoniscidae.[3][4] Utöver nominatformen finns också underarten H. m. austriacus.[3]
