Haute-Kotto (franska) eller Tö-Kötö (sango) är en prefektur i Centralafrikanska republiken.[2][3] Den ligger i den centrala delen av landet, 600 km nordost om huvudstaden Bangui. Antalet invånare var 144 289 vid folkräkningen 2024.[1] Arean är 86 650 kvadratkilometer. Haute-Kotto gränsar till prefekturerna Haut-Mbomou, Mbomou, Basse-Kotto, Ouaka, Bamingui-Bangoran och Vakaga samt till det omstridda området Kafia Kingi och Sydsudan.[2][4][5]
Haut-Mbomou skulle enligt en reform 2021 delas in i fyra underprefekturer:[2][4]
I folkräkningen 2024 räknades dock Ouandja-Kotto till Ouadda.[1]
