Iais pubescens[1][2][3][4][5] är en kräftdjursart som först beskrevs av James Dwight Dana 1852. Iais pubescens ingår i släktet Iais och familjen Janiridae.[6][7] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[6]
