Konstsim vid olympiska sommarspelen 2020 arrangerades mellan 2 och 7 augusti 2021 i Tokyo Aquatics Centre i Tokyo i Japan. Två grenar för damer fanns på programmet som var oförändrat sedan OS 2000.[1][2]
Tävlingarna skulle ursprungligen ha hållits mellan 3 och 8 augusti 2020 men de blev på grund av Covid-19-pandemin uppskjutna.[3][4]
