Phaeostigma notata[12] (Phaeostigma notatum[11]) är en halssländeart som först beskrevs av Johan Christian Fabricius 1781. Phaeostigma notata ingår i släktet Phaeostigma, och familjen ormhalssländor.[12] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[12][13][14] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[13]
