Platynereis dumerilii[1][3][4][6][7][8][9][10][11][12] är en ringmaskart som först beskrevs av Jean Victor Audouin och Milne Edwards 1833. Platynereis dumerilii ingår i släktet Platynereis och familjen Nereididae.[13][14][15] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[15]
