Rhinolophus cornutus[1][2] är en fladdermusart som beskrevs av Coenraad Jacob Temminck 1835. Rhinolophus cornutus ingår i släktet Rhinolophus och familjen hästskonäsor.[3][4] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[3] Wilson & Reeder (2005) skiljer mellan 5 underarter.[1]
Denna fladdermus lever i Japan.[1] IUCN klassificerar populationen som underart till Rhinolophus pusillus.[5]
