FA Women's Premier League Southern Division är en serie i det engelska seriesystemet för damfotboll. Det är en serie som tillsammans med motsvarigheten Northern utgör den andra nivån i ligapyramiden under FA Women's Premier League National Division.
Vinnare går upp i högsta serien FA Women's Premier League National Division dom två sista åker ur serien till reginal serierna South East Combination Women's Football League,South West Combination Women's Football League.
