English: Dr Mohammad al-Fadel, the attorney and future rector of Damascus University, with Leila Khaled, the member of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) who made world headlines at the age of 25 when she high-jacked a TWA Flight 840 heading from Rome to Athens on August 29, 1969. She was arrested in London after another high-jacking of an Israeli El Al Flight heading from Amsterdam to New York in September 1970. Fadel was one of those who defended her and she was released by the British on October 1, 1970.

If the identity of the author is revealed or doubts are no longer valid as for specifying the same before such period lapses, the copyrights shall be applied as per the provisions of Article 22 of the law herein."
  • Article 24 - "Protection of audio - visual, broadcast, televised or cinematography work shall be enforceable for fifty years as of the date of producing the work."
  • Article 25 - "Photographic, fine arts or plastic arts shall be enforceable for ten years as of the date of producing such work."
