Malldiskussion:Halo
I have never done this before and although this page is showing in my native language (Swedish) i presume that it's best i write this in English since the actual article about Halo is in English. I have no idea if anyone is ever going to read this or even be notified that it's here, so it's not exactly a big deal...
The reason why i want to write this is to object on the so-called "Instant critic and public success" stuff. The Halo games might have been selling well, but some of them certainly weren't a success according to neither critics nor the public. Look a this review statistics for Halo 2 for example, from Metacritic: http://www.metacritic.com/game/pc/halo-2/critic-reviews . Who's the Halo fan who flat-out lied about the critical acclaim of Halo 2? The game was almost literally despised by more people than it was cheered. Articles like these are what gives Wikipedia a bad reputation and makes me furious. You cannot alter truth to make something seem better what it is at the one place on the internet where fact matters most.
