Tyson Holly Farms 400, var ett Nascar-lopp som kördes på ovalbanan North Wilkesboro Speedway i Wilkesboro Township i North Carolina 1949-1996. Loppet var ett av två Cup-lopp som årligen kördes på North Wilkesboro Speedway, det andra var First Union 400.
