Kirstie Louise Alley, född 12 januari 1951 i Wichita, Kansas, är en amerikansk skådespelare.
Alley medverkade i TV-serien Skål, där hon gjorde rollen som servitrisen Rebecca Howe. Hon har tre Emmy Awards, en Golden Globe Award och en stjärna på Hollywood Walk of Fame. Hon fick en comeback 2005 när hon spelade huvudrollen i TV-serien Fat Actress, där tittarna får följa hennes försök att gå ned i vikt.
