Macrocyclops fuscus är en kräftdjursart som först beskrevs av Louis Jurine 1820.[1][2]
Macrocyclops fuscus ingår i släktet Macrocyclops och familjen Cyclopidae.[3][4][5] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[5] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[3]
