Rally-VM 2013 är den 41:a säsongen av FIA:s Rally-VM. Säsongen startade med Monte Carlo-rallyt och avslutades med brittiska rallyt.
Sébastien Ogier säkrade sin första VM-titel redan i Rally Alsace.[1]
