Metopina perpusilla[1][2][3][4][5][6] är en tvåvingeart som först beskrevs av Walter M. Six 1878. Metopina perpusilla ingår i släktet Metopina och familjen puckelflugor.[7][8][9] Arten har ej påträffats i Sverige.[9] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[7]
