Storfjällig fransormstjärna (Ophiura sarsii)[1][2][3][4][5][6] är en ormstjärneart som beskrevs av Christian Frederik Lütken 1855. Storfjällig fransormstjärna ingår i släktet Ophiura och familjen fransormstjärnor.[7][8][9] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[9] Utöver nominatformen finns också underarten O. s. vadicola.[7]
