A-League 2020/2021 var den 44:e säsongen av Australiens högstaliga i fotboll, den 16:e säsongen sedan starten av A-League. Ett tolfte lag, Macarthur från Sydney, gick med i A-League denna säsongen, vilket är det högsta antalet lag A-League haft under en säsong. Säsongen startade den 28 december 2020 och avlutades med finalen den 27 juni 2021.[1][2] Melbourne City vann grundserien med tre omgångar kvar och tog sin första premiership-titel på herrsidan.[3] Melbourne City vann även mästerskapet för första gången då man i finalen besegrade Sydney FC med 3–1.
