Cook Out 400[1] är ett stockcarlopp ingående i Nascar Cup Series som körs över 400 varv 210,4 miles (338,606 km på den 0,526 mile långa ovalbanan Martinsville Speedway i Ridgeway i Virginia i USA. Loppet har körts årligen sedan 1950 och är ett av två NASCAR Cup-lopp som årligen som körs på Martinsville Speedway, det andra är Xfinity 500.
