Bicellariella ciliata[6][7][8][9][10][11] är en mossdjursart som först beskrevs av Carl von Linné den yngre 1758. Enligt Catalogue of Life[12][13] ingår Bicellariella ciliata i släktet Bicellariella och familjen Bugulidae,[12][13] men enligt Dyntaxa[14] är tillhörigheten istället släktet Bicellariella och familjen Bicellariellidae.[14] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[14] Utöver nominatformen finns också underarten B. c. edentata.[12]
