Daphniphyllum gracile[1] är en tvåhjärtbladig växtart som beskrevs av Andrew Thomas Gage. Daphniphyllum gracile ingår i släktet Daphniphyllum och familjen Daphniphyllaceae.[2][3] Utöver nominatformen finns också underarten D. g. newirelandum.[2]
