FC Koper är en slovensk fotbollsklubb från staden Koper och bildades 1955. Laget spelar på SRC Bonifinka Stadion, som tar 4 500 personer, och spelar för närvarande i den slovenska högstaligan.

Laget var även med i UEFA-cupen säsongen 2006/07 där de blev utslagna i den första kvalomgången mot PFC Litex Lovech, med 6-0 totalt.
