Parathelypteris simulata[1] är en kärrbräkenväxtart som först beskrevs av George Edward Davenport, och fick sitt nu gällande namn av Holtt. Parathelypteris simulata ingår i släktet Parathelypteris och familjen Thelypteridaceae.[2][3] Inga underarter finns listade.[2]
