Purdiaea stenopetala[1] är en tvåhjärtbladig växtart som beskrevs av August Heinrich Rudolf Grisebach. Purdiaea stenopetala ingår i släktet Purdiaea och familjen Clethraceae.[2][3] Utöver nominatformen finns också underarten P. s. stereosepala.[2]
