Sphaerostephanos uniauriculatus[1] är en kärrbräkenväxtart som först beskrevs av Edwin Bingham Copeland, och fick sitt nu gällande namn av Holtt. Sphaerostephanos uniauriculatus ingår i släktet Sphaerostephanos och familjen Thelypteridaceae.[2][3] Inga underarter finns listade.[2]
