Mysorefnittertrast (Garrulax delesserti) är en fågel i familjen fnittertrastar inom ordningen tättingar.[2] Fågelns utbredningsområde är i sydvästra Indien (Västra Ghats från Goa till Kerala och västra Tamil Nadu).[2] IUCN kategoriserar arten som livskraftig.[1]
