Barentsia matsushimana[1][2][3] är en bägardjursart som beskrevs av Toriumi 1951. Barentsia matsushimana ingår i släktet Barentsia och familjen Barentsiidae.[4][5][6] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[6] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[4]
