Biemna variantia[1][13][14][15][16][17][18][19] är en svampdjursart som först beskrevs av James Scott Bowerbank 1858. Biemna variantia ingår i släktet Biemna och familjen Desmacellidae.[20][21] Utöver nominatformen finns också underarten B. v. papillifera.[20]
