Blodnemertin (Ramphogordius sanguineus)[4][6][7][8][9][10][11] är en djurart som tillhör fylumet slemmaskar, och som först beskrevs av Martin Heinrich Rathke 1799. Enligt Catalogue of Life[12][13] ingår Blodnemertin i släktet Ramphogordius och familjen Lineidae,[12][13] men enligt Dyntaxa[14] är tillhörigheten istället släktet Ramphogordius, och ordningen Heteronemertea.[14] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[14] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[12]
