Diphascon pingue^[2]^[4]^[5]^[6]^[7]^[8]^[9]^[10]^[11]^[12]^[13]^[14] är en djurart som tillhör fylumet trögkrypare, och som först beskrevs av Ernst Marcus 1936. Diphascon pingue ingår i släktet Diphascon och familjen Hypsibiidae.^[15]^[16]
