Drilonereis filum[1][2][4][8][9][10][11][12] är en ringmaskart som först beskrevs av Jean Louis René Antoine Édouard Claparède 1868. Drilonereis filum ingår i släktet Drilonereis och familjen Oenonidae.[13][14][15] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[15] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[13]
