Gyratrix hermaphroditus[3][4][5][6][7][8][9] är en plattmaskart som beskrevs av Ehrenberg 1831. Gyratrix hermaphroditus ingår i släktet Gyratrix och familjen Polycystididae.[10][11][12] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[12] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[10]
