Lithobius drescoi[1][3] är en mångfotingart som beskrevs av Demange 1958. Lithobius drescoi ingår i släktet Lithobius och familjen stenkrypare.[4][5] Utöver nominatformen finns också underarten L. d. polyodontus.[4]
