Macrostylis longiremis[1][2][3] är en kräftdjursart som först beskrevs av Frederik Vilhelm August Meinert 1890. Macrostylis longiremis ingår i släktet Macrostylis och familjen Macrostylidae.[4][5][6] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[6] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[4]
