Microphthalmus fragilis[1][2][3][4] är en ringmaskart som beskrevs av Bobretzky 1870. Microphthalmus fragilis ingår i släktet Microphthalmus och familjen Hesionidae.[5][6][7] Arten har ej påträffats i Sverige.[7] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[5]
