Nana Ann-Helen Hedin Pranschke, född Hedin 24 maj 1968 i Eskilstuna, Södermanlands län, även känd som NaNa, är en svensk artist och sångerska. Hedin har som körsångerska bland annat anlitats av artister som Dr. Alban, Stakka Bo, E-Type, Britney Spears, Céline Dion och Ace of Base.
Hedin och E-Type bidrog med låten "Paradise" i Melodifestivalen 2004 och gick till final i Globen.I Melodifestivalen 2005 ställde hon själv upp med bidraget Wherever you go. Hon gick till andra chansen. Hedin deltog också i Melodifestivalen 2000 som körsångerska med sångaren Guide.
Hedin har även medverkat i Jonas Gardells uppsättningar, däribland En finstämd kväll med Jonas Gardell, I Mellanmjölkens Land, Livet och Väckelsemöte.
Hon medverkade i september 2007 i musikaliska frågeleken Doobidoo på SVT i par med Janne Loffe Carlsson mot Ingela "Pling" Forsman i par med Jan Johansen.
Hon är bosatt på Dalarö, Haninge kommun i Stockholms län.
