Nereiphylla lutea[6][7] är en ringmaskart som först beskrevs av Anders Johan Malmgren 1865. Nereiphylla lutea ingår i släktet Nereiphylla och familjen Phyllodocidae.[8][9][10] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[10] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[8]
