Phylo grubei[1][2][4][5] är en ringmaskart som först beskrevs av McIntosh 1910. Phylo grubei ingår i släktet Phylo och familjen Orbiniidae.[6][7][8] Arten har ej påträffats i Sverige.[8] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[6]
