Polycheles typhlops[3][4][5] är en kräftdjursart som beskrevs av Carl Bartholomäus Heller 1862. Polycheles typhlops ingår i släktet Polycheles och familjen Polychelidae.[6][7] IUCN kategoriserar arten globalt som livskraftig.[1] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[6]
