Pontophilus norvegicus[2][3][4][5] är en kräftdjursart som först beskrevs av Michael Sars 1861. Pontophilus norvegicus ingår i släktet Pontophilus och familjen Crangonidae.[6][7][8] Enligt den svenska rödlistan[1] är arten nära hotad i Sverige. Arten förekommer i Götaland.[1] Artens livsmiljö är havet.[1] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[6]
