Proceroecia brachyaskos[1] är en kräftdjursart som först beskrevs av G. W. Müller 1906. Proceroecia brachyaskos ingår i släktet Proceroecia och familjen Halocyprididae.[2][3] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[2]
