Russinsnöre (Tubulanus polymorphus)[1][2][3][4] är en djurart som tillhör fylumet slemmaskar, och som beskrevs av Armand-Marie-Vincent-Joseph Renier 1804. Enligt Catalogue of Life[5][6] ingår Russinsnöre i släktet Tubulanus och familjen Tubulanidae,[5][6] men enligt Dyntaxa[7] är tillhörigheten istället släktet Tubulanus, och ordningen Palaeonemertea.[7] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[7] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[5]
