Stomphia coccinea[40] är en havsanemonart som först beskrevs av Cornelius Herman Muller 1776. Stomphia coccinea ingår i släktet Stomphia och familjen Actinostolidae.[42][43][44] Enligt den svenska rödlistan[1] är arten sårbar i Sverige. Arten förekommer i Götaland.[1] Artens livsmiljö är havet.[1] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[42]
